Expressing: finding and using our ideas and preferred communication styles, while working to understand others' communication. Practicing self-expression in the social setting.

Building: relationships, generalizable skills, and inventive creations.

Connecting: revealing the servant leader role for each person. Utilizing our hands to garden, bake, make, and experiment. Sharing sensory experiences which connect us to our days, and our gratitude for life. Friendship and belonging to the Body of Christ are highlighted as we practice the experience of truly seeing and hearing one another.

Tending: to self, others, and the environment

Faith: to know His name and follow His voice when He calls. Compassion, creativity, and enjoyment of life come from Holy Spirit, and we spend quality time together with Him

Vision

Let's set kids up for successful outcomes now and later. In the words of Kevin Zadai, we want to help "rig 'it' in their favor" by hand-selecting activities in which children can showcase their expertise and explore their interests. We do this fluidly in order to allow for children's interests to lead within specified frameworks.

We are not afraid to compromise a schedule for a new thing to flourish.

We are integrating outdoor education as we proactively pour into kids.
